These Terms of Use ("Terms") cover the Last Man Hooping game (the "Game") and this website (the "Site"), operated by legal entity name, address and country ("we", "us"). By playing the Game or using the Site you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use them. If you are under the age of majority where you live, ask a parent or guardian to read them with you.
1. Licence to play
We give you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to play the Game for your own non-commercial fun, on any device or platform we offer it on, for as long as we offer it. The Game is free to play. This licence gives you no ownership of the Game, its code, art, sound or any other part of it.
2. Fair play
When using the Game or the Site, please do not:
- copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or extract its code, art or other assets, except where the law gives you that right;
- interfere with, disrupt or try to get unauthorised access to the Game, the Site or the systems behind them;
- use cheats, exploits or modified clients to fake scores, currency or unlocks, or misrepresent your results on a scoreboard or share card;
- use the Game or the Site illegally, or in a way that could harm, mislead or exploit anyone, including children;
- remove or change any copyright, trademark or other notice.
We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.
3. Virtual items have no real-world value
The Game includes a virtual currency (Dimes), Prize Balls that give a random cosmetic, and unlockable hoopers, cosmetics and progress. All of it is earned by playing. None of it can be bought, sold, exchanged, gifted or redeemed for money or anything of real-world value. It has no cash value, is not your property and cannot be transferred outside the Game. It is licensed to you under section 1, not sold, and it may be changed, rebalanced, reset or removed at any time, including when you reset your own progress.
4. Your content
The only thing you add to the Game is a nickname of up to 10 characters, shown on your local scoreboard and share cards. It is stored only on your device, so we never see or moderate it. Please pick one that is not offensive, does not impersonate anyone and contains nobody's personal information.
5. Intellectual property
The Game, the Site and everything in them, including code, art, characters, music, sound, text, logos and the Last Man Hooping name, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Apart from the licence in section 1, nothing here gives you any rights in them. Press and creators may use the materials in our press kit to cover the Game.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, update, pause or end the Game or the Site, in whole or in part, at any time, including features, items, save compatibility and supported platforms. We do not promise they will always be available, error-free or work on your device. Because progress is stored on your device, clearing browser data or switching devices without a backup code can lose it; keeping a backup is up to you.
7. Disclaimers
The Game and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing here removes any warranty or right the law does not let us exclude, including consumer rights you have where you live.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using, or being unable to use, the Game or the Site, including lost progress or virtual items. Because the Game is free, our total liability for any claim about it is limited to a nominal amount.
Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, these Terms do not affect the protections your local consumer law gives you.

10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms, for example before adding ads, purchases or new platforms. The date at the top always shows the latest version, and we will flag significant changes on the Site. Playing after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
